The units have a private bathroom (Shower) which has a hair-dryer, and toiletries.Please be aware that these rooms have a queen bed only, and are therefore suitable only for singles or couples. Some will accommodate a porta-cot.Fire regulations prevent us from having more beds in the room. The private carport ensures that the front door is wheelchair accessible at all times. Special wide doors ensure wheelchairs can enter, Door knobs have been replaced with handles for easier control, the fully tiled floor ensures smooth access within the unit. The special large bathroom has a pull-down seat for showering and the shower is adapted to allow control from chair level. The room has grab-rails throughout for safety and stability, and adapted shower and light fittings allow access from chair level.The unit has a queen bed on pillars (not rollers) to allow stable access, and is set high enough to allow a hoist to be used if required. Even bedside lamps are "Touch Lamps" as some people have difficulty with small switches.This unit has no difficulty with access to the Free WiFi! The unit also has a single bed for a carer or companion, and a chair which doubles as a single bed to accommodate a child.
